Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Nevada

Trustee crimes

How and where do you sue Trustees after you discover forgery in the Administration of parents Trust? Parents died a few years ago, in another state, same state as guilty siblings. They started with forged POA's, and went to bank accounts and property in two OTHER states. Do you go where the Trust was, or is this Federal?

Sue the trustee where the trustee is located, or where the state of administration is.

This is state law. Venue is either in the location of the trust, the trust assets or the trustee(s).
