wrong successor trustee

With the death of the Testator / Trustee, and a named Successor Trustee .... if the trust attorney sends multiple letters of instruction and certificates of incumbency naming a different beneficiary as the Successor Trustee....and the incorrect successor trustee marshals the trust....... How liable is the Trust Attorney for the negligence?

Yes, your recourse would be against the Attorney. However, I would recommend scheduling a time so that we can discuss your negotiaiton and lawsuit options.
