Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New Hampshire

My wife and I are claiming bankruptcy and are going to begin the process within a couple of months. I was really looking forward to getting back to school as soon as I can, but now Im not sure if I can go or not? Thanks for the help

I don't think the bankruptcy will affect your ability to go to school, but the answer would be dependent on a full examination of the facts.
