Hard to answer your question without more details. Generally these cooperation agreements are not written contracts that are binding on the prosecutor or the court. Rather, they are suggestions that your cooperation will be taken into account when you are sentenced. You should speak with your lawyer and if you don't have one, get one right away. If you can't afford one, apply for a court appointed lawyer through the court.
