Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Hampshire

Pretrial Confinement

If you have paperwork that says you're getting 37 days of pretrial credit does that mean when you show up at the facility you already have 37 days of your sentence completed? And if your sentence is being run concurrent do you still get those days? Its on the paperwork.

Re: Pretrial Confinement

To answer the first question, yes you would show up at the facility with 37 days already completed.

Regarding, the second question, concurrent means runs together with (at the same time as) another sentence.
