Legal Question in Disability Law in New Jersey
Social Security Disability
I've been trying to collect disability for a bad back since March of 2004 but I keep getting denied. Do attorneys take these cases on a contingency basis?

Re: Social Security Disability
Yes. (This is not ADA)
The attorney can be paid out of the recovery. It must be approved by the Social Security Judge. However most attorneys who specialize in that field will only take such cases on contingency if they are supported by
true disability. It is nothing like Personal Injury.
I know attorneys in New York who handle only this type of case but not NJ. Look on Findlaw or here on LawGuru.
