Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New Jersey
judgments
I have a judgement on my credit report from a N.J. court. It was filed back in 1998. My credit looks pretty good other than this. Does this need to be satisfied or is it something that I can just write off?

No matter what you do, the item can remain on the report, even if there is a note that is satisfied. Without knowing your objective, there is no more to advise.
