Legal Question in Business Law in New Jersey
A boat manufacturer that we purchased boats from neglected to submit their models to the NADA guide for three years. We are unable to get bank financing for the customer because of this. What is our recourse. Is it a breach of contract. Are they obligated to take the boats back?
