A customer wrote me a check that was retuned and is now avoiding me. Can I post his bounced check n the internet?

What good would that do? Why not write the person a letter (hopefully you know the address) and advise that you will take them to Court (civil) or pursue a criminal complaint if they do not make good on the check. If it is a sizable amount of money, you should pursue it at least in special civil part. The Court can provide you with a pamphlet that explains how to file a Complaint.
