employor sent private info to others
I am a store manager of 10 years with a fortune 500 company and my yearly review was sent to my assistants and hourly associates. My ss# is on it and my private job rating for the year. I want to hold them responsible, can I?

You may have a case for libel depending on the content, situation, and damages.
