Where can I find the names of the officers of a (privately held) NJ corporation and the dates that they were recorded or appointed?

You can find the name and address of the corporation's registered agent and registered address throught the NJ Business Gateway by requesting a certificate of standing and paying the fee. That report may also contain the name of the president of the corporation.

There is no publicly available record of the other officers. If you have reason to sue the corporation, you can get the records in discovery.

I agree with John. There are several different types of reports available at that site, with the status report only costing $5.00. Of course, if the business has a web site, most sites include the information you are looking for. Try to Google the name to see if they have a site (Google.com). This would cost nothing.
