Forming an LLC

We are trying to form an LLC in the State of New Jersey. Which kit would you recommend to get necessary forms as well as an operating agreement and organization agreement

Many years ago I had a ruptured appendix. I could have read a book and operated on myself. Instead, I chose the best surgeon I could find!

I have yet to find a "kit" with a "one-size-fits-all" set of forms and agreements. I'd strongly recommend contacting an attorney to assist you with these. Feel free to contact my office for more information.
