Legal Question in Business Law in New Jersey

Monthly Draw against Commissions.

I was employed as a sales agent under a agreement that stated Term: 1 year:

Monthly Draw against Commissioins. States will recieve a recoverable draw for the first 2 months $XXX for first 2 months.

In month 3&4 $XX and in month

5&6 $X (decreasing alsong the way).

Employer terminated agreement in 5th month with immediate notice.

Not giving enough time to comple sales for commissions to effect.

Now claiming all Monthly draw against commission is now to be returned to them as they have invoiced me.

What Should I DO in Defense ?
