Legal Question in Business Law in New Jersey
I registerd in my catering business in Nevada for corp veil protection. I want to know do I have to register in NJ my LLC business that I registered in Nevada and if so
do I register doing business as if i need to register in NJ??? Do i pay taxes in both States
