return a purchased auto
Can I return the car I bought and get my money back if I have to have the tinted windows removed because it failed to pass NJ motor vehicle inspection? The tinted windows was 1 of the reasons I purchased the car.

Should you be able to or will you be able to? Those are two different questions. The latter is easier to answer. I doubt they will take it back. Now what will you do? That is the real question.
