Re: Can I Sue?
You can sue. The result will depend on how you have been damaged. Are you losing money or do you have any prospect of losing money as a result of the employee trading on your good will? Is there anything left of the business to be damaged? Do you still own what is left?
My firm handles matters of this type. If I can be of further help to you, call or email.
