Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New Jersey
My husband had his birth name changed in 1990 in the state of nj. He never reported it to any goverment agencies such as vital statistics and so on. Is this name change legal after 20 years? If so what do we so he was obviously misled

Should not be too hard to fix this. Get the paperwork together (court order changing name and all of his paperwork) and take a ride up to see me.
