if i asked a lady(30+ of age) in a cybersex chat room 'i want to chat with you until you get wet'. The lady does not reply after that.The woman next day messaged me back saying she doesnt do cybersex and she was offline yesterday and then we had a normal talk where she said not to contact her in the future and i accepted that, but she threatened she would sue me if i didnt stop talking to her right ,but does it mean she can sue me on charges of harassing her? i had never talked to her neither i want to talk to her in the future.

I don't suggest you worry about this unless the police give you a call. If that happens, then I suggest you call a lawyer ASAP.
