Legal Question in Consumer Law in New Jersey
Automatic Renewal of Contract
I entered a contract with an alarm service that I want to cancel. They are saying that the contract automatically renewed and I can't cancel the remaining term ending 2007 or the next term ending 2010. Can I get out of this?

Re: Automatic Renewal of Contract
nonsense. go see a lawyer, and kill this contract. you absolutely are NOT locked in for three years or more.
A review of the contract by a lawyer, and a letter from a lawyer, might do it.
