Legal Question in Consumer Law in New Jersey

How can I recieve credit for poor cell phone service?

Hi, I've had terrible service with T-mobile cell phone for the past several months. It came to--name removed--head when my bill reached $400 for the past month. I am angry because the poor service (dropped calls and bad or no audio) forces me to redial or call numbers. Thus increasing my minute usage per month, and thus increasing my bill! I spoke with them and they because they had issued credit to me in the past that they couldn't do so anymore. I feel this is extremely unfair and am hoping there is someway to fight this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Quite possibly. The question is whether T-Mobile made knowingly or recklessly false representations to you regarding the quality of service in your area that proved untrue. Your case would be strengthened considerably if such representations were in writing or in some sales literature.
