refund from purchase
I purchased some medication online. The website said they shipped FedEx so I gave an at-hold location shipping address for FedEx because someone must sign, and my hours don't allow for that (I've done this before). They shipped UPS, therefore FedEX denied the package, and sent it back return to sender. I called the company they said I would have a refund within 10 business days, it's been 2 months, I've called over 10 times and gotten nowhere. They say someone will get back to me and they never do. What can I do?

Most of the time you can get help through your credit card company. Call the number for Customer Service and ask. They should "back out" the transaction and put it in suspense until the matter is resolved.
