Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New Jersey

can a credit car debt, discharged in 2004 still be collected. i just found out they got a judgement against me in 2/09. what is the time limitation on this. thank you

You must apply to the Court to vacate the judgment because you were not served with papers and your debt was discharged in bankruptcy.
