What type of debt is a credit card on the chart given about statues of limitations - promissory, open-ended, oral or written?

I am not sure what chart you are referring to. A suit based on a credit card must be brought within 6 years, generally calculated from the default date. If you would like additional info, please feel free to call me at 973-479-5814.
