2c:21-5 Follow up Questions

Thanks for the replies. They sent the summons to my former address and it was just forwarded to me yesterday. It says to plead not guilty you need to notify them within 7 days. The forwarded piece of mail has the yellow sticker on it with the date of 11/25/03, and it was postmarked to my old address on the 19th. With the holiday tomorrow and courts closed on Friday, how on earth can I get a lawyer between now and mon? Will I also be arrested on Monday or will I just be told this is what you can do and I can go home? BTW the check was for $201 dollars and my bank never made any notice to me that they had closed my account, and still to this day have not said why.
