For the 2C charge up to 6 months in jail but getting any jail is highly unlikely
No insurance is a 2 year loss of license minimum
The driving while suspended it depends on what you were suspended for and how many you. have had

Well, yes, you are not going to like all of this. The penalty for driving suspended depends on the reason why you were suspended. first offense is not great, $500.00 and if you were suspended for DWI it is much worse.
No Insurance is also a serious problem, Let's see if you can do anything about that one. There is a money fine, jail time and two year license suspension that you may get hit with.
I will explain. Give me a call, come in and see me, and we will get a handle on this for you. It is not too expensive to get a lawyer, and you need one this time.
I have the previous 2 answers and mine would be the dame except I have handled cases like this in the past where the person was not suspended so I suggest you call me and discuss it.
