I have 4 charges of 2C:35-10A (1). What is the worse case senerio and what is the difference between getting a public defender and an attorney for defense?

5 years in prison on each is the worst. A public defender costs nothing but you are stuck with who you get. Could be a great attorney, could be a horrible attorney. With a private attorney, you get to pick the best possible attorney that you can afford. Call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss.
