Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

my 19 yr old son keeps getting questioned by a Security and Protective service company about robbery's that happend 3 months ago and they keep coming to our home and calling. Some days they think he's involved but others days they don't. He has not been taken to the police station and they wont give us any dates, times. They also said they dont have any finger prints or eye witnesses. But that there are several teenagers and adults that are pointing the crimes at my son and his friends. They have also stated that they might need obtain a search warrant for our home, which is fine. But what do you suggest, should we obain legal services yet?
