Badge Posession
Can i have a private detective badge
without being a private detective?
If so, can the badge have the words
''detective, metropolitin, and
investigator'' on it?

Unless you are planning your next halloween costume or you just joined the village people, I'm not sure why you would need one.
Anyway, you could probably own just about anything. Many people collect such badges. It would be your use of that badge that would get you in trouble. Thus, unless it is an antique you are collecting or a costume prop, don't bother.
