Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
I BAILED MY BOYFRIEND OUT USING A BONDING AGENCY EARLIER THIS YEAR. In order to be eligible for the bond I was told i needed 3 co-signers each with a job your SOCIAL SECURITY CARD AND I.D. The owner of bail bonds had me sign the contract and took a copy of my id. Now since the payments haven't been made he is charging me along with those that provided all the information i listed above with theft of services which is a criminal charge in the city he previously worked in. Is he allowed to file such charges against me, being that my contract is clearly invalid since i dint have the nessasary paperwork he first requested.
