BB and Pellet Guns
I would like to know about buying BB and Pellet guns in Penn. and bringing them into NJ.
And what are the penalties for illegal use and possession of these items.

You can buy BB guns and pellet guns in NJ. However, if you are arrested for unlawful use, you are looking at mandatory prison time even if it is your first offense. My advice, don't bother.
