Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
Hi my name is brittany and my boyfriend and i were recently arrested together. Our house was raided and we got caught selling heroin. He was already on parol. They also found a gun that was not registered to either one of us.. If i take all the charges my boyfriend wont get locked up too right??
