Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

I went to a club in a casino. A man grabbed my arm telling me I need to get out the pool. I got out to get my shoes and he pushed me down to the ground. I defended myself and 5 men grabbed me up. I was taking into the back of the club not until then was I told he was a bouncer. He didn't have a name tag or did he let me know why I had to get out of the pool. I'm only 5'4 and he was about 6'2 300lbs. I have a bruises and scratches on my face and my finger nail is just HANGING on by a piece of meat. What should I do???

Make a video of your face and hands. Use your cell phone if you have nothing else and then store the

video on your computer. Go to a doctor NOW to confirm your injuries. Then find an attorney in South Jersey who is willing to handle your claim and then sue the casino.
