Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
Credit Cards
My fiance and i were engaged for almost 2yrs. Meet him in 2005 and ended in 2008. We had our wedding place booked for 2009. I have the copy of the booking with his signature of his down payment. Thing is he left me in June of 2008. Now i recieved a letter stating i misused his credit cards during our relationship. Mind you we did use his cards, however i was also paying on them and i have bank statements to prove that. We were a couple getting married after all. He knew about any credit cards he had cause he had possesion of them not myself. I cant afford to hire an attorney. Iam a single mom raising a son with Autism and a son with ADHD. Where can i get help, they are only giving me 10days. I paid the bills up till when he left.

Re: Credit Cards
Do you have access to your own credit cards? If so, you can afford an attorney.
