Re: criminal defense

A violation of probation is a separate charge based upon misconduct after a conviction of a crime. Bail is possible but not mandatory. You need to hire the right lawyer.

He has to have an attorney by now, what does he or she say about this?

Re: criminal defense

He would only be out on bail if somebody paid his bail. Even when he gets out on bail he still has to face the charges against him. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

Re: criminal defense

Unless his charge is extremely serious, bail has probably been set. However, it may be too high for him or for you to post. Bail is supposed to make sure he shows up for court, not keep him in jail until his trial.

Give me a call if you want to discuss the possibility of getting your son in front of a judge to try to get his bail lowered. Call me at 877\688\3879.
