disorderly conduct charge

with a charge of 2c:33-2a(1) will i be suspended under the codey bill because i am a healthworker for the state of new jersy

You refer to a Codey bill with which I am not familiar. If you would provide a statute number I would be better able to answer your question.

Normally, a disorderly conduct does not qualify one from employment.

I also have no idea what you are talking about. I cannot think of any DP that would carry that type of penalty.

I am not familar with the Bill. But in a case where you are charged with 2c:33-2a a good criminal defense attorney may be able to get that reduced to what is called a local violation. I am sure at that point you will not lose your job, but I would want to review the bill.
