You can and should get an attorney ASAP. Your case is already two monts old. The longer you wait to act on this, the less options an attorney will have to help you.

Re: drug charge

Fight this case and win it...

Juries don't always believe convicted felons, especially if you can show them the reasons they have to lie!

Don't talk to the police or the prosecutor, and don't post anything else on the internet. If they can show it was you, it is a voluntary statement that can be used against you.

I practice throughout Southern NJ and have more than 15 years experience. Get in touch...

Re: drug charge

You need to hire a lawyer to fight against this charge for you. Just because a person made a statement against you doesn't mean you will necessarily be found guilty of the charge. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-
