The Events That took place since april 17 09

April 17:

Me and my friends were in my car, in a parking lot in a known high drug area, i just came back from florida and bought a new car; a bright white light from behind shines on the car, on my lap an empty cigar, the officer yanks me out the car, called me a wise as, threatened to hit me and put me in the back of his cop car. searched the whole vehicle and found no narcotics, only an empty bag with residue which was under the back seat which he tore of and broke some hinges; also searched all 3 of my friends. He took me out the car and said you can go; i said alot of stupid stuff to him, out of respect i extended my arm to shake his hand, He told me im not shaking your Fu***** hand. I sucked my teeth and waived my hand at him with a grin on my face. He again said "You want to be a wise guy" and then i was arrested for possesion of drug paraphernalia. My friends later bonded me out for $125. I was given a court date for monday, i appeared and pled not guilty, various times the cops were subpoena to be there and warrant, i was told the bag was going to the lab, and i took it to trial i appeared in front of the judge over 6 times, my last appeareance being in august 09. The Case was Dismissed for lack of evidence.

July 6 2009:

Cranford Police Department stopped me for a routine traffic stop i didnt have my seat belt on. i couldnt findd my registration i asked the officer if i can step out of the car to look under my seat he said yes, just move slowly, found it gave it to him and he asked me to sign a consent of search form for the car, i agreed. After Searching my car he recovered .4 grams of marijuana and the bag it was in, i was tooken to the police station and charged With Possesion of Marijuana and drug paraphernalia and possesion of CDS withen MV, i was let out that same day with no bail and givin a court date. i appeared to the court date and asked the judge if it was possible for him to ajourn the case to a later date because i want to qualify for the conditional discharge program because i still had a pending case in elizabeth he said thats actually a good idea and agreed. On August 17 2009 i was placed on the conditional discharge program.

October 21 2009:

Earlier that day i was in the hospital for an endoscopy and decided to buy a replacement window for my car, i put it on with a little help of my little sister. at around 7:15 my friend asked me if i can take him to the laundrymat on wood ave in linden before it closes at 8 because he still had cloth in the dryer, i go inside and have a snack and then head out i notice a cop car following slowly behind me, made a left onto raritan road and was pulled over 3 minutes after leaving my house, 4 other cop cars promptly get there withen seconds he told me to get out of my vehicle we have a search warrant, i got out of my vehicle and was shown the search warrant signed by the judge of the superior court, the completly searched my car and found a brand new pack of jewlery bags, i was told i was under investigation for months, he even told me what i did the whole day, he mentioned that he has pictures, and "one of my bags givin to him by an informant"

they then placed me in handcuffs and executed part 3 of the search warrant, search the premises, we drove to my mothers house, while i was outside with another union county narcotics officer, other u.c.n.o go to the front door and show my mother the search warrant, they took me inside still in hand cuffs, my mother was already in tears and my 13 y.o sister was also there they searched the whole house, backyard, garages, and shed. They completely destroyed my room and found empty bags in my drop ceiling with residue which is several months old. They looked pretty angry and my mom said while they were upstairs in her room she heard them say "what now". during the raid the officer said just give me a name and this will all go away. They all looked pretty angry, i was taken to the linden police department, my residence being in cranford, i was charged with possesion of Drug paraphernalia with intent to use, a disorderly offense, and released that same night on no bail, my car was not towed just left a couple blocks from where first stopped me.

I told the officer i was going to fight it because those bags have been there for a while

Why was the warrant issued by the superior court?

Why was i sent to linden municipal court when my residence is in cranford?

Why is Elizabeth Charging me 150$ in court fees if i won the case?
