Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

How likely is it that my fiance will get bail for 3rd degree possession charge(3 or 4 bags of heroin, she was 18 at the time) warrant from 15 years ago. If yes, How long will it take if she does get bail after turning herself in and how much would it be? Think it's an fta as well. Will a lawyer be able to make this process quicker and easier?
