What is a fugitive from justice charge? How can it be dropped/dealt with? If someone has 3 diff't bails set 2 for contempt of court and one for the fugitive charge ...should the bail for the 2 contempt charges be paid and then go in front of the judge for the fugitive one ??

Re: Fugitive Charge

It is usually the same as bail jumping. In other words, not responding to a charge by going to court. You should be prepared to pay your bail for all charges, since it may be a good idea to consolidate the bail for all three and this way you just pay one bail. This also depends on the nature of the original charges that have led to these new charges. You should call for an appointment: 201-646-9799. www.gomezlegal.com
