Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
My husband was involved in a incident where he had confrontation with another person. This person ran my husband over with his car. After his two week stay in hospital was my husband was arrest for simple assault and criminal mischief. The police did not arrest the man that ran him over and did not file any kind of accident report. Is that normal procedure ?
