Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
serious jail time
My boyfriend has been in prison before, im pretty sure it was a robbery charge.. Hes been in jail since october on 9 charges. Robbery, Burgarly, aggravated assult, threatning to kill, possession, alluding/resisting, alluding. resisting & alluding.
My question is, how long can he possibly face in jail & can the possession charge be dismissed because he fled from the scene & police have no real proof it was him? And also the robbery/burgarly charges if the home he entered was his own?
