Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

larceny

I need help finding a case that has to do with larceny and I have to know the law. Can you please help me find a case and I also have to know if the law has ever been reversed.

check the nj criminal code title 2C:20-1, and forward from there. go to the county law library. or come see me. 201-646-9799 your question is too vague. there is no one case. there are hundreds of cases. In NJ it is called theft. the code no longer uses the word larceny.
