Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
Motor Vehicle Traffic Tickets
I got a ticket for driving with no insurance and my third offense of driving with no license, i want to know if there is any way i could get my license even if its from certain hours of the day or if i could be put on probation? My license has already been suspended for 6 months, and i just need it for work and school, because i already took one semester off and i have to go back, Is there any hope for me?

Re: Motor Vehicle Traffic Tickets
All states view a drivers license as a privilage. Driving w/o a license is treated as a serious offence in NJ.
Getting caught 3 times in NJ driving w/o a license!!! I think you are screwed to the wall with your pants down, your butt out, and Bubba is out of lube...
You left out why you lost your license in the first place and why you were stopped on the subsequent occasions. If you lost it for speeding, but had no accidents, it's not good, but not reallllly bad. Were the subsequent stops for sppeding or worse? If you lost your lic. because od DMV error you may have hope! It you lost your lic. because of DUI you are shit-out-O-luck, how ever if your subsequent stops were for DUI you need to be in jail.
In any event, I wouldn't be worrying about driving again for well into the mext millenium. If I were you I would worry anout going to jail.
I suggest behaving (and I rarely do that). Good luck, you are goiing to need it.
