Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
NJSA 2c:35-10a(1)
I have two of these charges on my record. My probation ended in September of 2010 for the most recent conviction. Will I ever be able to get these expunged? Back in 2005 I was told that because I have two, I wouldn't be able to.

If you have to superior court criminal case convictions (called felonies in other jurisdictions) then you cannot get them expunged. If you only have one superior court criminal conviction then you have to wait ten years after your sentence is complete before you can apply for an expungement.
