Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

The police were called on me because I told this guy that I was going to inform AA that he told a group of people what I shared. This man has had it out for me for month but I don't pay him any mine one time he jump in my face and a staff member jump in front of us I walk away. I'm charge with 2C:33-4A
