police questioning of Witness #2
Are the police leagally permitted to threaten a witness with a lie detector test? How should one respond to such a request?

Taking a lie detector test is purely a
voluntary act which can be refused without anyone having a basis of make
anything of it. The test is not automatically allowed as evidence in a trial.
