Charged 13 years ago? If you are only now in court and facing charges and trial on this, as a result of being arrested on a warrant issued 13 years ago, then evidence will be tough for both sides, and you have some defenses. The charges would have to have been filed many years ago; the prosecutor can't file now for the first time on you; the statute of limitations would be expired. Your story leaves a lot of questions unanswered. It may be that there is no valid basis for the charges against you, or it may be that you have responsibility based on conspiracy or constructive possession.
