You must hire an attorney to speak with the police about a bail so that when you surrender on the warrant a bondsman can bail you out immediately.

The amount of bail is set by a judge. You can contact a bail bondsman to make arrangements to pay this bail and to get you bailed out when you are arrested. You don't say why you expect to get arrested, but if you are looking to speak with a lawyer about the charge you are facing please contact me.
