Pretrial intervention order of dismissal

If I get pretrial intervention order of dismissal, do i still have a criminal record?

Well you didn't enter a guilty plea, so you have no convictions, but the arrest should still be there. However, if your PTI is over, you can get it all expunged. This is a fairly routine procedure which is not expensive for an attorney to do. Please call my office at 732/247/3340 and we'll discuss the specifics.

You will have an arrest record. The arrest record can be expunged by filing an expungement

petition with the Superior Court of New Jersey.
