It is always a bit sad when a parent seeks to correct a perceived injustice after a case is over. I get the impression that he pled guilty instead of going to trial. You might give me a call on Monday.

There are a lot of important missing details in your message. I would need to know a lot more information to give you a good answer. If there is new evidence, you may have several options. You may also have several other options regardless of the new evidence, but I need to know if he went to trial or took a plea. My consultations are always free. Since its the weekend, I'm not in my office, but if you call me at 732/247/3340 and leave a message, I'll call you back. Or you could wait until Monday and call me then, its up to you.
I wish you all the luck in the world.
